DMCA / Copyright Policy

InstaSave Pro respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. If you believe content accessed through the Service infringes your copyright, please submit a takedown notice using the process below.

Important notes

• InstaSave Pro does not host Instagram media; we retrieve direct URLs from Instagram’s public CDN.
• For most takedown requests, contacting Instagram directly is the fastest way to remove content at the source.
• We will however investigate and, where appropriate, block URLs from being processed by our Service.

Submitting a notice

To file a DMCA takedown notice, please email cricnow35@gmail.com with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request" and include:

1. Your full legal name and contact information.
2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
3. The exact Instagram URL(s) whose access should be blocked through our Service.
4. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf and that the information in your notice is accurate.
5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notices

If you believe your content was blocked in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email with the subject line "DMCA Counter-Notice". Include your contact details, a description of the material, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.

Repeat infringers

We may block or restrict access to the Service for users who repeatedly submit URLs that infringe others’ copyrights.
